I am currently taking a Transfusion Medicine Refresher course. Some learning objectives: Demonstrate exclusion method,Perform testing and followup testing, Plan work flow, Lab Preps. These objectives reflect a higher level of learning. They are teaching students to apply their skills rather than memorizing factors. Assessments in this class include assignments,chats and exams.
