  • I did my Master’s degree in a blended classroom setting and online program. The online portion was an effective practice for me because the instructor did an amazing job of incorporating on-going interaction amongst the learners and with herself, which created a norm with our communication and resulted to full engagement with each other and the course.
  • Some of the key ingredients that underlie the experience I had is that the instructor was fully committed to facilitating our learning through on-going and effective interaction.
  • If I could do it over again, I honestly would not change my experience and this created a great model of how I want to be as an instructor.
